Exterior-cleaning work depends on weather. If conditions are unsafe or would compromise results, we may reschedule, and we will coordinate a new date with you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for telling us before work begins about known conditions that affect the property, including pre-existing damage, fragile or loose fixtures, non-operational windows or seals, unsealed openings, and any surfaces you want excluded. You are also responsible for closing windows and doors, moving vehicles and fragile items from work areas when asked, and making water and power available where the scope requires them.
Workmanship and results
We perform services with reasonable skill and care using methods appropriate to each surface. Results depend on factors outside our control, including material age and condition, prior treatments, staining that has bonded or etched, and weather. Cleaning is not repair or restoration, and those services are not included unless your estimate says so. If you are not satisfied with completed work, contact us promptly and we will review the concern with you.
Payment
Prices, payment methods, and payment timing are stated on your estimate or invoice. Amounts owed for completed work remain due even if you later decline additional or recurring services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulfshine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in them reduces rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Acceptable use of the website
